Returns Information

Here at Aurora Moon, we hope that you love your purchase and we endeavour to provide our customers with the highest quality, sustainable/eco-friendly and ethical products. However if you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify Aurora Moon by email (auroramoon7@gmail.com) that you wish to return your item so that a returns label can be posted out to you. Therefore returns are free to you. You will then have a further 14 days from the date of notifying Aurora Moon regarding your refund request to return the item to Aurora Moon.
