The Celtic Cross is a symbol that is believed to have first emerged around the 7th Century AD and taken on by St Patrick. It is thought to be a symbol of strength, knowledge and a compassionate nature that can help us to deal with challenges in life.

The Triquetra is a Celtic symbol that is thought to represent the mother, maiden and crone (the triple moon) and the three stages of life: chilldhood, adulthood and old age. Note that the Triquetra line is unbroken, and is therefore also thought to represent eternal life which relates to the spiritual realms. From this, it is also seen as a sign of strength. The triquetra can be dated back as far as 5000 years ago.
